Oh my goodness, these students are just absolutely AMAZING ✨😭

Our Senior Choir (ages 7–12) are learning ‘Courage to Change’ by Sia along with sign language for the performance, and they are doing unbelievably well.

The way they are picking it up is just incredible, and we are so proud of how beautifully they are working together.

A huge, huge thank you to our amazing students Bríd, Ada & Robyn, who are only seven and a half, for helping to teach the class. We are so proud of every single one of them 💛✨

What a night for our wonderful Niamh at the Kilkenny Rose 🌹

She was absolutely incredible from the moment she stepped onto the stage, and when she performed, she completely blew everyone away. The standing ovation she received afterwards was so deserved and such a special moment to witness.

We are so unbelievably lucky to have Niamh as part of our team at Alize’s School of Singing. She is the most amazing vocal coach and is so deeply adored by all of her students. She gives so much of herself to every lesson, and last night everyone got to see just how special she truly is.

We could not be prouder of her. She is an absolute star, and what a moment to see her shine like that. ✨

We are just so incredibly proud of our Sophie Brennan, who came 2nd in the Ivory Sessions Talent Show last night with the most amazing performance of Creep.

Honestly, wait until the end because those final high notes are just unbelievable.

Seeing Sophie up on that stage and hearing how much her voice has grown is such a proud moment for all of us here at Alize’s School of Singing.

A massive thank you as well to her teacher, Niamh Sheehy, for all of the hard work, support and guidance behind the scenes.

These are the moments that make us so proud of what our students can achieve. 💙✨

Lots of giggles during our physical warm-up 🤍✨
Shaking hands, shaking feet, balancing, counting down from 8… and getting quicker every round!

This warm-up is brilliant for coordination, balance, focus, rhythm, and listening skills, while also getting the body warmed up and ready for class. 🎶

Annabelle has been coming to singing lessons with me for many years now, and the progress she has made has been absolutely incredible. Watching her grow in confidence, vocal ability, and performance over the years has been so special.

I am so proud of everything she has achieved, and I have no doubt you’ll be seeing much more of her in the future 💫

✨ Junior Assistant Workshop ✨

So proud of our amazing Junior Assistants after today’s workshop and delighted to present them with their certificates. 💙

Our Junior Assistants play such an important role within Alize’s School of Singing, supporting our younger students in class, helping our teachers, and bringing such warmth and enthusiasm to every lesson.

We run these workshops to keep our Junior Assistants up to date with everything they need for working alongside our younger students, from classroom support and activities to routines, safety, and helping classes & events run smoothly.

They are such a special part of our school, and we are so proud of the care and kindness they show each week. 🌟

Sometimes the best little music lessons happen completely by accident 💛🐷🎶

Today my four year old created her very own Three Little Piggies music game all by herself, and I just had to share it.

She set up three different “houses” around the music school:
✨A straw house with Boomwhackers (I may have helped with this one 🤭)
✨ A stick house with mini drums
✨ A brick house with the cajons

Each area became part of the story, with different sounds, rhythms, and lots of dramatic huffing and puffing from the big bad wolf!

I just love seeing how naturally children connect music with storytelling, imagination, and play. What started as a little game quickly turned into exploring loud and soft sounds, strong and gentle beats, and so much creativity.

These little moments remind me that children learn so much through play, and sometimes they come up with the most brilliant ideas all by themselves ✨

So proud of her for creating this gorgeous little game 🥹💛

A little glimpse into what goes on in our Junior Musical Theatre class ✨

Just over halfway through the term, these superstars are making incredible progress as they prepare to take to the stage at the Watergate Theatre on June 13th and 14th with their own magical version of ‘Alice in Wonderland’.

The work they’ve been putting in each week has been amazing, and we have so much more fun to come in the second half of term after Easter 🎭🐰💫

The sweetest little rhythms 🥁🤍

One little musician plays a rhythm on the cajón… and the rest of the group listen so carefully and echo it back.

You can see the focus, the excitement, and the pride when it’s their turn to lead.

They’re learning, growing in confidence, and supporting each other all at the same time… and they’re having the loveliest time doing it.
